Education: University of Pennsylvania (B.A. 1988); University of Miami School of Law (J.D. 1993). Member: The Florida Bar (Member, Admiralty Law Committee); Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute; Dade County Bar Association, (Member, Federal Court Committee); Florida Yacht Brokers Association.
Professional Information:
Mr. Perry complements the firm’s admiralty and maritime practice with his expertise and trial experience in matters involving recreational boating issues, personal injury and wrongful death, yacht closings and offshore transactions, salvage, products liability, marine insurance, limitations of liability, commercial maritime matters, Longshore and Harbor Workers Compensation Act claims, liens, and class action litigation.
Mr. Perry also offers expertise and proficiency in matters involving the yachting industry in the firm’s representation of builders, dealers, brokers, and buyers and sellers.
